a good variety of either high quality Digital Artwork or Textures
which are free to view and download within copyright limitations.
Where images from other artists are displayed, due credit is to
be given to the original artists including details of their own site.

considerable flair in both design, layout, navigation and usability.
The site must have a good variety of easily accessible content
which is either genuinely useful or has a high entertainment value
which is free to view and/or download within copyright limitations.

sexist, or in anyway demeaning to the majority of the internet audience.
